Who receives these notifications
- Business owners (our customers). Account holders who enable SMS notifications inside the LeadWinner application receive texts about new leads, incoming customer messages, and missed calls for their own business.
How a business owner opts in
Opt-in happens inside the LeadWinner web application (app.leadwinner.ai), in the SMS notification settings. The subscriber enters their mobile number and must check an unchecked consent checkbox before SMS notifications turn on — saving works without it, and SMS notifications simply stay off. The step looks like this:

SMS notifications stay off until this box is checked, and can be turned off anytime in settings.

- Before the first notification, the subscriber receives a one-time subscription confirmation message with STOP and HELP instructions.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
