LeadWinner AI is a software company based in San Francisco, California. We build an AI auto responder that answers new customer leads on Yelp and Thumbtack for US home-service businesses — plumbers, HVAC companies, movers, cleaners, locksmiths, and other local trades.

The product exists because of one stubborn fact: on lead platforms, the first business to reply usually wins the job. Owners are on roofs, under sinks, and behind the wheel — so their replies come hours late, and the lead hires someone else. LeadWinner answers in about 10 seconds on Yelp and about 20 seconds on Thumbtack with a personalized, context-aware message, follows up automatically, and can ring the owner and connect them to the customer live with a 2-way auto-call.

We charge per lead — $2.99 per lead, dropping to $1.49 after 30 leads a week — so a slow week costs nothing. Setup is self-serve and takes about two minutes through the platforms' official connection flows.
