Getting Started

Connect Google Local Services Ads

Link your Google LSA account with a Google sign-in — no password sharing.

LeadWinner connects to Google Local Services Ads through Google’s official sign-in (OAuth). You sign in on Google’s own page and approve access — we never see or store your Google password. The whole thing takes about a minute.

Before you start

  • You need the Google account that owns your Local Services Ads (the login you use to manage LSA).
  • If someone else owns the account, you can send them an authorization link instead — see below.

Steps

Getting there: sign in to your dashboard and open Businesses.

  1. Click “Add a Google LSA Account”.
  2. A window titled “Connect your Google LSA Account” opens. Click “Add an account from Google”.
  3. You’re taken to Google’s sign-in page. Sign in with the Google account that owns your Local Services Ads and approve Google Ads access.
  4. Google returns you to the Businesses page — every active Local Services account covered by that sign-in connects, each shown as a card.

After connecting, activate and configure your account using the “Quick & Easy Setup” button on the account card.

What access am I granting?

On Google’s screen you’ll see one broad permission covering all Google Ads products. That wording comes from Google — its API has a single permission for everything Ads and offers no narrower one for Local Services Ads only, so every tool that works with LSA has to ask for it.

LeadWinner uses this access for two things only: reading your Local Services leads and sending your replies to them. We never touch your ads, campaigns, budgets, or billing. You can revoke the access at any time in your Google Account settings.

The account owner isn’t you?

In the connect window, expand “More Options” to reveal a shareable authorization link. Copy it and send it to the Google account owner — when they open the link and sign in, the accounts connect to your LeadWinner workspace. The link works once and stays valid for 7 days.

Is it safe for my Google account?

Yes. The connection uses Google’s own sign-in: we never see your password, and access is limited to reading and replying to your Local Services leads. And if access is ever revoked or expires, nothing is lost: your settings, leads, and conversation history stay in place — you just sign in again.

If something’s not working

  • An error banner appears after returning from Google. Run the flow again from “Add a Google LSA Account”, and make sure you sign in with the Google account that owns your Local Services Ads.
  • An account you expected didn’t connect. Only active Local Services Ads accounts come over — regular Google Ads accounts without LSA are skipped. Reconnect after your business passes Google’s verification and appears in LSA results.
