Getting Started

Connect LeadWinner to Zapier

Send new leads and AI activity to your spreadsheet, CRM, or team chat — and control the AI from other apps.

Zapier connects LeadWinner to thousands of other apps — spreadsheets, CRMs, team chats, and more — without any code. When something happens in LeadWinner (a new lead arrives, the AI replies), Zapier can instantly pass it to another app; and other apps can tell LeadWinner to send a reply or pause the AI.

The integration is live in the Zapier App Directory — every LeadWinner account can connect it.

What you can automate

  • Keep a lead list outside LeadWinner — add every new lead as a row in Google Sheets, or as a contact in your CRM.
  • Get notified your way — a Slack, Teams, or Telegram message the moment a new lead or customer reply comes in.
  • Capture phone numbers — when a lead’s phone number becomes available, push it straight to your CRM or call list.
  • Log AI activity — record every AI reply so you can review or report on it.
  • Control the AI from other tools — pause auto-replies for a lead when you take over the conversation, and resume them when you’re done.

How to connect

You sign in on LeadWinner’s own page and approve the access — Zapier never sees your password, and you can disconnect at any time.

  1. In Zapier, click Create Zap and pick LeadWinner.AI as the trigger app — or start from a ready-made template on the Integrations page of your LeadWinner dashboard.
  2. Choose a trigger — for example New Lead — and click Sign in.
  3. A LeadWinner window opens. Sign in to your LeadWinner account and click Approve.
  4. Finish building the Zap and turn it on. From that moment, matching events flow to your Zap within seconds.

When you test a trigger in the Zap editor before any real event has arrived, Zapier may say no records were found — use the built-in sample data (Skip test) and continue; real events will flow once the Zap is on.

Triggers — when LeadWinner starts a Zap

  • New Lead — a new lead arrives from any of your connected sources.
  • New Inbound Message — a customer sends a message on an existing lead.
  • AI Reply Sent — the AI responder sends a reply to a lead.
  • Phone Captured — a lead’s phone number becomes available.

Each event includes the lead’s name, contact details when available, source, status, and a link to the lead in your dashboard. Full conversation texts are not included.

Actions — when another app tells LeadWinner what to do

  • Send Reply — send a message to a lead through the platform the lead came from.
  • Pause AI / Resume AI — stop or restart auto-replies for a specific lead.
  • Find Lead — look up an existing lead so later Zap steps can use it.

Managing and turning things off

  • To stop one automation, turn its Zap off in Zapier.
  • To review or remove access, open Integrations in your LeadWinner dashboard: you can see what the connection is allowed to do, remove a single trigger, or disconnect Zapier entirely. Disconnecting stops all Zaps that use LeadWinner immediately.
  • If deliveries to a Zap keep failing, LeadWinner pauses that trigger to avoid losing events silently — turning the Zap off and on again in Zapier re-activates it.
